How to get here

By car: The hostel is located in Eskdale valley in the western Lakes between Boot village and the foot of Hardknot Pass. Parking is available on-site for around 15 cars.

By coach: There is mini-bus access at the hostel but coaches are unable to access the hostel due to narrow roads. By prior arrangement, coach drop off can be arranged at a distance of 500m from the hostel at the nearby Inn. There is ample mini-bus parking but there is no overnight coach parking at or near the hostel.

By train: The nearest rail stations are Ravenglass (9.2 miles away) and Seascale (12 miles away). There is no bus service to YHA Eskdale.
