By car: Off the A493 Dolgellau to Tywyn Road - a mile west of Penmaenpool, turn opposite Abergwynant Trekking Centre then a mile up the lane to the hostel. There are brown hostel signs for you to follow. The mile-long lane up to the hostel from the A493 is steep and narrow with passing places. This lane is not suitable for HGVs including coaches.
