How to get here

By car or coach: Malham is 10 miles from Skipton or 5 miles from Settle. Please be aware that local roads are narrow. The hostel is situated in the centre of the village, next to the Lister Arms pub. Coach access to Malham is only suitable from the A65. At Gargrave, turn onto Eshton Road in the direction of Malham, continue along the the road passing through Eshton, Airton and Kirkby Malham. As you drop down into the village of Malham, the National Park Visitors Centre (BD23 4DA) is on the left-hand side – here you will find designated coach parking. There in no coach access into the village or to the hostel.

By bus: The nearest bus stops are located in the village, 200m away. There is a limited bus service to Malham from Skipton via Gargrave. For details, see www.dalesbus.org.

By coach: The nearest coach stop is in Skipton, 10 miles away.

By rail: The nearest rail station is Settle, 7 miles away. Train stations at Skipton or Gargrave can connect to the bus route.
