Set in the south east of the Brecon Beacons National Park, YHA Llangattock Mountain Bunkhouse offers doorstep access to ancient woodlands, rare marshland, wildflower meadows, caves, cliffs and excellent mountain walks. Blenaevon World Heritage site is a short distance away.

The bunkhouse is set high up in the mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park. This is the precise location described in Alexander Cordells Rape of a Fair Country and is positioned on the borders of the Blaenavon World Heritage site, The Clydach Gorge.
