An introduction to navigation and map reading in and around Ambleside. We’ll go for a lovely walk over the fells of the southern Lake District, as well as learning skills to help gain confidence and know-how to plan your own walks. All welcome, but children and dogs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Spare maps and compasses will be available to borrow on the walk.
