Distance: 5 miles
Duration: 4.5 - 5 hours

This fabulous walk will give you the opportunity to learn or develop your map and compass skills, while out in a stunning area of the South Downs. There will be plenty of stops to introduce the skills and time for you to practice along the way, whilst also connecting with others and being in nature. You need moderate fitness, meaning you are happy to be on undulating terrain with a few stiles and walking uphill. We walk at a comfortable pace – it’s not an endurance test!
