Nordic walking social walk from YHA Wye Valley

Distance: 7 - 9 miles
Duration: 3 - 4 hours
Led by: Steve Ellis, British Nordic Walking National Trainer
Learn the basics of how to use Nordic Walking poles while enjoying a sociable group walk amongst stunning surroundings. The walk will be over undulating terrain and on a variety of surfaces, with sections of easy to moderate ascent and descent. Please make sure you have appropriate footwear, waterproofs, drink and snacks, etc
Nordic walking poles will be available for free hire for the walk.
