If you would like to add breakfast or meals to your booking, you can do this on arrival at the hostel.

You don't need to notify us if the number of guests changes if you still fit in the room(s) you've booked.

If you're planning on bringing more guests and would like to add another room to your booking to accommodate the extra guests, please book it separately online.

Groups information message

Please be aware that changes to group bookings need to be finalised 12 weeks before your arrival. 

You can decrease guest numbers only once, by up to 15%, up to 12 weeks (84 days) before arrival, free of charge. Any additional decreases will be subject to cancellation charges. 

Any increase in guest numbers should be submitted as soon as possible and will be subject to availability.

Dogs are welcome to stay at many of our Exclusive Hire sites. You can add up to 4 dogs to your booking for a charge of £30 per dog for the duration of your stay. Please call our team on 01629 592700 to add a dog to your booking.

Bookings should always be made in the name and address of the person who will be staying. We are unable to change the name on a booking once this has been confirmed.

If you wish to cancel your booking you can log in to your account that you made the booking with and go to "My bookings". From there you can cancel your booking. 

It is important to remember that some bookings may not be refundable as they have been made with promotional codes making them non refundable. All booking cancellations are processed in line with our booking terms & conditions.

Please be aware that any requested changes are subject to availability and may result in a change to the total booking cost in line with YHA Booking Terms and Conditions.

Once your request has been submitted, the change to your booking will be actioned and YHA will contact you to confirm the changes to your booking.
