Mountain biking in Langdale
Overview
If you're an experienced mountain biker, try the Langdale Loop in the Langdale valley area. The route takes in some of the hills on either side of the valley, mainly along forestry and farm tracks, but be warned - there are some fast technical descents and steep climbs. The area is a bikers dream (or nightmare!), there is always one last ride up a hill to end the perfect day.
