Originally a guesthouse from as far back as 1901, YHA Coverack was opened by YHA in early 1976 with an official opening a year later.
In 2010, the hostel underwent a large refurbishment with many bedrooms having en-suites built. There were also improvements to the social and kitchen areas.
Manager recommends: Visit us in April and May and enjoy the long, peaceful days in spectacular surroundings. Best of all you can experience the beautiful spring flower display along the South West coast path. In Summer explore the family friendly beaches and then head back to the hostel for a BBQ. Relax and enjoy your meal while overlooking the sea and beautiful coastline.
