Only YHA (England & Wales) membership can be linked to online accounts. 

You can still get discount on bookings on our website if you are a member of another hostelling association. Simply enter your membership number manually at the checkout when making a booking and show proof of an active membership on arrival. 

If you purchased membership on yha.org.uk, your membership will be linked to your online account automatically. You don't need to do anything except enjoy your benefits!

To check whether YHA membership is already linked to your online account, simply log in to your online account and select 'My Membership'.

To cancel your YHA membership, please provide the name and contact details associated with your membership.

When you complete this form, your request will be sent to our team to cancel your YHA membership. You will still have access to your member benefits up to your membership expiry date or when your next Direct Debit payment is due.

Update your details

To change your name, email, phone number or address, simply log in to your online account and update the details in 'My Profile'. Any changes you make to your online account with also be reflected on your membership record.
