Meet the YHA Executives
James Blake
Chief Executive, YHA (England & Wales)
James brings a wealth of experience to YHA, including overseeing complex organisations balancing commercial imperative and public benefit. He has been CEO of YHA since 2017, joining from St Albans Council where he was CEO from 2012 to 2017.
He was previously a senior civil servant in government, specialising in policy on local government, regeneration and social inclusion.
